CONDITION:
TEC (Tooth Error Correction) Learn Procedure
CAUSE:
The TEC procedure is required to be completed if the ECM is reflashed, replaced or if the driveplate of the flywheel has been replaced. If the procedure
is not completed the service engine light may illuminate and DTC (P0315 58X Crank Position Tooth Error Not Learned) may be present.
CORRECTION:
Follow the procedure outlined below. This procedure requires the Tech 2 scanner and software version 01.130.011 or later.
