2. Adjust clearance by turning adjusting screw of piston rod.
Special tool
(F): 09952-16010 (For tandem type brake booster)
(F): 09952-16020 (For single type brake booster)
Booster Push Rod Clevis Adjustment
Install push rod clevis (1) so that measurement "a" is obtained and torque nut (2) to specification
Tightening torque
Clevis nut (for tandem type brake booster) (a): 25 Nm (2.5 kgf-m, 18.0 ft. lbs.)
Clevis nut (for single type brake booster) (a): 19 Nm (1.9 kgf-m, 14.0 ft. lbs.)
Clevis installing position (length "a") "a": 109.5 - 110.5 mm (4.31 - 4.35 inch)
