7) Screw new filter on oil filter stand by hand until filter O-ring touches filter mounting surface.
CAUTION:
To tighten oil filter properly, it is important to accurately identify the position at which filter O-ring first contacts the mounting
surface.
8) Tighten oil filter (1) 3/4 turn from the point of contact with filter mounting surface using an oil filter wrench.
Tightening torque
Oil filter (a): 14 Nm (1.4 kg-m, 10.5 ft. lbs.)
