Removal
1) Drain coolant.
2) Remove intake upper manifold.
3) Remove wiring harness (1) of HO2S-1 (bank 1) from water inlet pipe.
4) Remove water inlet pipe (2).
5) Remove heater inlet hose (3), heater outlet hose (4), water inlet hose (5) and water outlet hose (6) from thermostat assembly.
6) Remove thermostat assembly (1) from cylinder block.
