Fuel Injector Inspection

WARNING:

When performing the following procedure, be sure to observe Precautions on Fuel System Service:N32A in order to reduce the risk of
fire and personal injury.

-

Put injector and battery as far away as possible in order to reduce risk of fire and personal injury when connecting/disconnecting test
harness to/from battery.

1. Relieve fuel pressure.
2. Check fuel injector.
3. Remove fuel injector.
4. Replace O-ring of fuel injector (1) (fuel delivery pipe side) with spare parts (part number: 15710-09300) (2).
5. Set special tools as follows.

Special Tool
(A): 09912 58421
(B): 09912 57610
(C): 09930 88540

a. Connect special tool (C) to fuel injector.
b. Install special tool (B) to special tool (A).
c. Connect fuel feed hose to special tool (A).
