Throttle Body: Testing and Inspection
ON-VEHICLE INSPECTION
1. Check that throttle valve lever moves smoothly.
2. Measure plunger (1) protrusion of fast idle control arm (2) "a" at engine coolant temp. is 25 °C (77 °F).
Plunger protrusion "a":
26.6 - 27.4 mm (1.048 - 1.078 in.)
