Refrigerant Pressure Sensor / Switch: Service and Repair

A/C Refrigerant Pressure Sensor Removal And Installation

CAUTION:  When loosening or tightening a fitting, use two wrenches, one for turning and the other for supporting.

Removal

1. Recover refrigerant from A/C system referring to "Recovery" in Operation Procedure for Refrigerant Charge.
2. Disconnect A/C refrigerant pressure sensor connector (1).
3. Remove A/C refrigerant pressure sensor (3) from liquid pipe (2).

Installation

Reverse removal procedure noting the following points.

Apply specified compressor oil to new O-ring.

:

Compressor oil 99000-99022-00E (Compressor oil (DH-PS, 250cc))

-

Tighten A/C refrigerant sensor (1) to specified torque.
