AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION HARSH SHIFT WITH MIL ON AND EITHER OF THE FOLLOWING DTCS; P0783, P0734

CONDITION:
Transmission will have a harsh shift from third to fourth gear. Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) will be ON with DTCs P0783 (3-4 Shift Malfunction),
P0734 (Gear 4 Incorrect Ratio).
CAUSE:
Brake C piston seal has failed.
CORRECTION:
A new C piston is available to repair transmission on the bench without replacement of the transmission assembly. Please follow the procedure below to
remove and install the C Piston and Disk Set C & D.
