The only seat belts affected are the style of Takata seat belts shown. The campaign button kit part numbers and quantities per vehicle are as
follows:

Sidekick and Samurai Button kit: 

P/N # 849O8-60A00   Qty. 1

Swift Button kit:

P/N # 84908-60B00   Qty. 1

All Takata seat belts will have the Takata Identification mark and number (TK-523 or TK-524) on the bottom of the seat belt buckle.

NOTE: 

If the seat belt you are working on DOES NOT look like these drawings or DOES NOT have the TAKATA logo... STOP...DO NOT
PROCEED. The seat belt is NOT covered by this campaign.
