3. Remove SDM electrical connector, Fig. 12.
4. Remove SDM attaching screws, then SDM, Fig. 12.
5. Reverse procedure to install, noting following:
a. Position SDM to mounting with arrow facing toward vehicle front
b. Apply suitable thread lock cement and tighten attaching screws to specifications.
c. Ensure SDM electrical connector properly engages, then push lock tab down. Also ensure wiring is properly routed.
d. Arm SRS as outlined under Air Bag Disarming and Arming. See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding / Trim/Dashboard / Instrument
