If the seat belt buckle has a printed circuit board (used for the driver/passenger seat belt warning lamp), carefully cut the plastic pegs holding the
printed circuit to the inside of the lower buckle housing with the diagonal cutter and gently lift the printed circuit board off using the pocket blade
screwdriver.

Using the pocket blade screwdriver, gently work the button spring off the latch peg.
