Install the interlock cable as shown in the diagram.

With the ignition key in the "ACC" position, connect the cable end to the steering lock and tighten the cable clamp screw securely.
Tightening Torque
(a): 1.5 lb-ft (2 N.m, 0.2 kg-m)
3.
With the lock plate manually moved towards the front side of the vehicle, shift the selector lever to the "N" position.
4.
Align the holes on the key release cam and solenoid bracket. Insert the special tool into the aligned holes to keep them from moving.
