With the ignition switch in the "ACC" position, remove the interlock cable clamp screw at the ignition switch and disconnect the interlock cable
from the release shaft.

Remove the center console.

While pressing the claws of the release cam boss together, remove the cable bracket bolt and disconnect the cable end from the key release cam
boss. Be careful not to damage the claws of the release cam.
7.
Remove the interlock cable.
