11. Remove generator belt idler pulley.
12. Disconnect radiator outlet hose from thermostat cap.
13. With hoses connected, detach A/C compressor from compressor bracket.
14. Remove A/C compressor bracket.
15. Remove crankshaft pulley bolt. To lock crankshaft pulley, use special tool (camshaft pulley holder) with it as shown in figure.
Special Tool (A): 09917-68221 or equivalent.
CAUTION: Be sure to use the following bolt for fixing special tool to crankshaft pulley.
Bolt size: M8, P1.25 = 45 mm
Strength: 7T
16. Remove crankshaft pulley. To remove crankshaft pulley, use special tools (Steering wheel remover, Bearing puller attachment) with it as shown in
figure.
Special Tool:
(A): 09944-36011 or equivalent.
(B): 09926-58010 or equivalent.
17. Remove timing chain cover.
CLEAN

Clean sealing surface on timing chain cover, crankcase, cylinder block and cylinder head. Remove oil, old sealant, and dust from sealing surface.
