Power Steering Pump: Service and Repair
Unit Overhaul
DISASSEMBLY
1. Using special tool, remove P/S pump pulley.
Special Tool (A): 09930-40113 or equivalent.
2. Remove suction connector and O-ring.
3. Remove power steering pressure switch (terminal set) and discharge connector.
4. Remove P/S pump cover with cam ring and cover seal.
NOTE: When removing P/S pump cover, be careful not to drop cam ring.
