After the printed circuit is secured, route the wires through the channels using the pocket blade screwdriver to help push the wire into the channel.

To install the lower cover onto the buckle assembly, slide the sliding switch on the printed circuit toward the front most position and while pushing
the plastic release button in a little, insert the front end of the lower cover into the upper cover and snap them both together.
WARNING:
Ensure that the slot in the sliding switch on the lower cover fits over the peg on the underside of the latch mechanism.
Final Check
1.
Insert the tongue plate into the buckle assembly.
2.
Confirm a clicking sound when the tongue plate latches in the buckle.
3.
Check to be sure the tongue plate actually latches in the buckle by yanking on the tongue.
4.
Repeat above steps 1 to 3 at least 4 times.
WARNING:
If the latch sound is dull, there may be foreign material inside the buckle assembly. If so, disassemble the buckle and free any foreign material.
