Wheel Bearing: Service and Repair
Front Wheel Hub & Bearing Outside Inner Race

1.

Raise and support vehicle, then remove front wheels.

2.

Uncaulk driveshaft nut, then remove driveshaft nut while depressing brake pedal.

3.

Remove caliper carrier bolts, then carrier with caliper.

4.

Remove brake disc screws, the disc using 8 mm bolts.

5.

Remove wheel hub using tools shown in Fig. 8.

6.

Remove hub studs, then wheel bearing inner race using tools shown in Fig. 9.

7.

Reverse procedure to install, noting the following:
a. Install outside inner race as shown in Fig. 10.
b. Apply Suzuki grease No. 99000-25010 or equivalent, to outside bearing, outside inner race and oil seal lip.
c. Torque all bolts/nuts to specifications.
d. Caulk driveshaft nut.
