13. Apply power steering fluid to sliding surface of pump cover and rotor.
14. Tighten pump cover bolts to specified torque.

NOTE:  After installing pump cover, check to make sure that shaft can be turned by hand.

Tightening Torque (a): 24 Nm (2.4 kg-m, 17.5 ft. lbs.) 

15. Apply power steering fluid to relief valve (flow control valve).
16. Install relief valve (flow control valve) to pump body.

NOTE:  Check that relief valve (flow control valve) slides smoothly.

17. Apply power steering fluid to O-rings of connector.
18. Install O-rings to connector.
19. Tighten connector to specified torque.

Tightening Torque (b): 60 Nm (6.0 kg-m, 43.5 ft. lbs.) 

20. Apply power steering fluid to O-ring of terminal.
21. Install O-ring to terminal.
22. Install pressure switch (terminal set) to pump body.
