Evaporator Case: Service and Repair
Disassembly
Evaporator (Cooling Unit)
1. Detach clamp to separate evaporator upper and lower cases from each other.
2. Take off case cover and remove evaporator out of position.
3. Detach following components from evaporator.

Expansion valve.
-
Thermistor.
