Wheel Bearing: Service and Repair
Rear
WHEEL BEARING REMOVAL (Applicable to vehicles not equipped with wheel hub)
1. Perform Steps 1 to 7 of BRAKE DRUM REMOVAL of Brakes and Traction Control.
2. Remove wheel bearing.
INSTALLATION
1. Install bearing.
When installing bearings:

Refer to left figure for installing direction of spacer.
^
Direct both inner bearing and outer bearing sealed side outward.
^
Fill space indicated by "A" in figure with bearing grease as much as 40% of space capacity.

2. Install brake drum and wheel.
