Locate the marker near the molded bend in the run channel weather-strip as shown in the picture.

From the marker, measure down 185 mm. (7-1/4 in.) and mark the weatherstrip.

From the 185 mm. (7-1/4 in.) mark, measure an additional 40 mm. (1-1/2 in.) and mark the weatherstrip.

With scissors, remove the outer lip portion of the weather-strip between the markers as shown below.

8.

Using soap solution, reinstall the run channel weather-strip. Note that the cutout now goes around the pinched portion of the run channel bracket.

9.

Install window switch and operated the window up and down to ensure proper operation.
