Raise the hood and check the core support for a yellow sticker with "NF" handwritten on it or the campaign sticker described in step 8. If the
sticker is there this completes the campaign, no further action is required. If the sticker is not there continue to step 2.

Raise the vehicle securely on the lift.

Locate and separate the fuel pump electrical connector at the right rear of the vehicle. Separate by releasing the lock tab then pull the male side of
the connector away from the female side leaving the female side of the connector mounted to the frame.

Check for water intrusion and terminal corrosion. The possibility of corrosion damage to the terminals is unlikely due to the vehicles age and time
in service. However, if corrosion damage to the terminals inside the connector is found, the Suzuki Techline will provide all the instructions
needed to correctly repair connectors without replacing the vehicle harness, (Refer to Administrative Bulletin SA-02R for the toll free number). If
no corrosion is found continue to next step.
