8. For 4WD vehicle, When installing circlip (1) to drive shaft, utilize screw hole in drive shaft to pull it out and bring large diameter (2) of circlip (1)
at right as shown in the figure.
9. Check that no foreign material is attached to sensor and rotor. Install wheel speed sensor (1) and its harness clamp (2) (if equipped with ABS).
Tightening torque
Wheel speed sensor harness clamp bolt (a): 10 Nm (1.0 kgf-m, 7.5 ft. lbs.)
Wheel speed sensor bolt (b): 23 Nm (2.3 kgf-m, 17.0 ft. lbs.)
CAUTION:

Do not pull wire harness or twist more than necessary when installing front wheel speed sensor.

Fit harness grommet to inner fender securely.
Check that there is no clearance between sensor (1) and knuckle (2).
10. Install brake disc and caliper assembly.
Tightening torque
Front brake caliper bolt (e): 85 Nm (8.5 kgf-m, 61.5 ft. lbs.)
11. Apply sealant and install axle shaft drive flange or hub cap.
