Fuel Pressure Regulator: Service and Repair
COMPONENTS
FUEL PRESSURE REGULATOR REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION
REMOVAL
1. Disconnect vacuum sensing hose from fuel pressure regulator.
2. Disconnect fuel return hose from fuel pressure regulator.
HINT: Put a suitable container or shop towel under the pressure regulator.
3. Remove fuel pressure regulator.
(a) Remove the 2 bolts and fuel pressure regulator.
Torque: 8.0 N.m (80 kgf.cm, 69 in.lbf)
(b) Remove the O-ring.
INSTALLATION HINT: Use a new O-ring.

INSTALLATION HINT: Installation is in the reverse order of removal.
