15. Install PS pump and belt.

(a) Install the PS pump with the four bolts.

(b) Install the pulley, washer and nuts.

(c) Place the PS drive belt onto each pulley.

(d) Stretch the belt tight and tighten the nut.

(e) Torque the PS pump pulley lock nut.

Torque: 43 N.m (400 kgf.cm, 32 ft.lbf)

(f) Adjust the drive belt tension. 

16. Install water outlet.

(a) Apply seal packing to the water outlet.

Seal packing: Part No.08826-00100 or equivalent

Cleaning and application of seal packing to the installation surface is the same as for the oil pan. However, use a nozzle cut to a 2 mm (0.08
in.) opening. 

(b) Install the water outlet with the two nuts.

Torque: 8.3 N.m (85 kgf.cm, 73 in.lbf)

17. Connect No.2 and No.3 air hoses to air pipe.

18. Install spark plugs.
