Dashpot: Adjustments
1.
Open choke valve fully, then position fast idle cam on fourth step.
2.
Open throttle valve fully. Check amount of time required for throttle valve to return to idle position.
3.
Throttle valve should return to idle position within 3 seconds. If not, adjust dashpot by rotating adjusting nut until specified time is obtained.
