If a DTC is displayed during the DTC check, check the parts listed in the table and proceed to the troubleshooting given.

CAN Communication System

DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODE CHART

1. DTC TABLE BY ECU

HINT:  If CAN communication system DTCs are output, trouble cannot be determined only by the DTCs. Perform troubleshooting according to
"HOW TO PROCEED WITH TROUBLESHOOTING".

a. Skid Control ECU

HINT:  DTC communication uses the SIL line.

b. ECM

HINT:  The ECM is connected to the CAN communication system but CAN communication system DTCs are not output.

Cruise Control System

If a malfunction code is indicated during the DTC check, check the circuit listed for that code in the table.
