9. Install the wave washer so that its protrusions fit into the slots in the side rear plate.
10. Install the rear housing by doing the following.
a. Coat two new O-rings with power steering fluid and install them to the housing.
b. Tighten the two bolts to 24 Nm (17 ft. lbs.).
11. Install the spring, flow control valve and the pressure port union by doing the following.
a. Install the valve facing the correct direction.
b. Coat a new O-ring with power steering fluid and Install it to the union.
c. Tighten the union to 83 Nm (62 ft. lbs.).
12. Install the bracket, then tighten the two bolts to 43 Nm (32 ft. lbs.).
13. Install the oil reservoir, performing the following steps.
a. Coat a new O-ring with power steering fluid and install it to the oil reservoir.
b. Install the oil reservoir with the three bolts, tightening the bolts as follows.

Front Side Bolt: 13 Nm (9 ft. lbs.).

Rear Side Bolts: 24 Nm (17 ft. lbs.).
14. Using the (09962-10010, 09963-01000) SST to stop the pulley rotating, install the vane pump pulley, then tighten the nut to 43 Nm (32 ft. lbs.)
15. Measure the power steering vane pump rotating torque.
