Sunroof / Moonroof Gear Assembly: Testing and Inspection
CHECK SLIDING ROOF DRIVE GEAR SUB-ASSEMBLY
a. Disconnect the sliding roof drive gear sub-assembly wire harness connector.
b. Measure the resistance voltage of the wire harness side connector.
If the value is not as specified, there way be a malfunction in the wire harness side.
c. Reconnect the sliding roof drive gear sub-assembly wire harness connector.
d. Initialize the sliding roof position.
e. Check the voltage of the terminals of the wire harness side connector.
If the result is not as specified, replace the sliding roof drive gear sub-assembly (sliding roof control ECU).
