Repair Procedure

1.

Inspect the cam cover side and end bolt holes for signs of an oil leak.

2.

Use an oil dye to confirm the source of the oil leak.

3.

Clean the affected area using a degreaser or other approved cleaner.

4.

Coat the threads of the bolts with an oil-resistant anaerobic adhesive.

5.

Install the bolts (P/N 90080-11344) into the side and end bolt holes.

Torque: 10 N.m (7.3 ft.lbs, 88.5 in.lbs)

6.

Confirm the repair procedure has corrected the condition.
