1.

Remove the RH side plastic engine under cover (5 bolts and 3 push clips).

2.

Install the NEW 40-mm (1.6-inch) long section of hose to the washer pump.

3.

Install the NEW washer joint to the 40-mm (1.6-inch) long NEW hose.

IMPORTANT:

Make sure that the smaller diameter end of the joint is attached to the NEW section of hose.

4.

Install the existing washer hose to the NEW joint.

5.

Fill the washer reservoir.

6.

Check that there are NO leaks.

7.

Install the RH side plastic engine under cover (5 bolts and 3 push clips).
