d. Disconnect the leads from the terminals within 5 seconds.
e. Reverse the polarity, check that the seat cushion begins descend within approximately 60 seconds.

If operation is not as specified, replace the motor.

Passenger's seat side:
a. Separate the power seat adjuster from the front seat.
b. Connect the positive (+) lead from the battery terminal 2 and the negative (-) lead to terminal 1 on the front vertical motor connector, and move

the front edge of seat cushion to the highest position.

c. Check that the current drops under 1 A within 4 to 60 seconds.

d. Disconnect the leads from the terminals within 5 seconds.
e. Reverse the polarity. check that the seat cushion begins descend within approximately 60 seconds.

If operation is not as specified, replace the motor.
