Remove power steering pump with bracket.
a. Remove the drive belt and pulley.
b. Remove the three mounting bolts and power steering pump with the bracket.
c. Put aside the pump and suspend it.

Remove alternator.
a. Disconnect the connector from the alternator, then remove the nut and disconnect the wire from the alternator.
b. Disconnect the vacuum pump and oil inlet & outlet hoses.
c. Loosen the alternator pivot bolt, adjusting lock bolt and adjusting nut, and remove the alternator drive belt. Raise the engine slightly with a

floor jack from underneath enough to remove the pivot bolt.

d. Remove the pivot and adjusting bolts, then remove the alternator.

Remove the alternator bracket.

9.

Remove the three clips, five bolts, and No. 2 timing belt cover with the gasket.

10.

Set No. 1 cylinder to TDC/Compression by aligning the line of the camshaft timing pulley with the top end of the cylinder head by turning the
crankshaft pulley clockwise.

11.

Remove crankshaft pulley.

a. Using SST 09213-14010 and 09330-00020 or equivalent, remove the set bolt for the crankshaft pulley.
