Engine Insulator

Raise engine slightly, then remove right side engine mount insulator and bracket. Remove the through bolt, two nuts, and mounting insulator.
Remove the three bolts and bracket.
Timing Belt Cover Removal

Remove No. 2 timing belt cover and gasket assembly.

Remove spark plugs.

Align oil seal retainer mark with center of small hole on camshaft timing sprocket by turning crankshaft pulley clockwise. This will position No. 1
cylinder at TDC of compression stroke.
Loosening No. 1 Idler Pulley
10.
Loosen No. 1 idler pulley retaining bolt and move pulley toward the left as far as possible, then temporarily tighten retaining bolt.
Timing Belt Removal From Camshaft Timing Pulley
11.
Remove timing belt from camshaft timing sprocket.
