Install the NEW throttle body hose and clip.

NOTE

On 2004 non-PZEV and ALL 2005 Camry vehicles, discard the throttle body hose and clip.

8. Install the NEW throttle body assembly.

A. Install a NEW gasket on the intake manifold as shown.

B. Install the NEW throttle body and fuel pipe support with the 4 bolts.

Torque: 30 N*m (305 kg*cm, 22 ft*lbf)

C. Connect the 2 water bypass hoses to the throttle body.

D. 2004 PZEV Camry ONLY:

Connect the throttle body hose.

E. Connect the throttle control motor and throttle position sensor connector.

F. Connect the vacuum hose to the throttle body.

9. Install the air cleaner cap with air cleaner hose.
