Repair Procedure

1.

Remove the Rear Seat Back Assembly.

Refer to the Technical Information System (TIS) 2007 or 2008 applicable model year Camry Repair Manual:

2007 Model year Camry:

Vehicle Interior - Seat - "Rear Seat Assembly (for Fixed Type): Removal".

^

Vehicle Interior - Seat - "Rear Seat Assembly (for Fold Down Type): Removal".

^

Vehicle Interior - Seat - "Rear Seat Assembly (for Reclining Seat Type): Removal".

2008 Model year Camry:

^

Vehicle Interior - Seat - "Rear Seat Assembly (for Fixed Type): Removal".

^

Vehicle Interior - Seat - "Rear Seat Assembly (for Fold Down Type): Removal".

Vehicle Interior - Seat - "Rear Seat Assembly (for Reclining Seat Type): Removal".

2.

Remove the Rear Door Scuff Plate LH.

Disengage the 5 claws and 2 clips and remove the rear door scuff plate LH.
