Fold the lower trim back to expose the rear lifter bar. Unclip the plastic track covers from the lifter bar as shown in the illustration.

Remove the small black clip and fold back the trim material to expose the rear lifter bar bolt on the outside of the seat side frame.

NOTE:

Perform procedure on both sides of the seat.

16.

Remove the lifter bar bolt (T40 Torx bolt) from the right side (buckle side) of the seat frame.

NOTE:

The bolt color is silver.

17.

Pull the lifter bar up to expose the end of the lifter bar.
