Introduction

Some customers with 2007 model year Camry HV vehicles may experience a M.I.L. "ON" condition with DTC P0AE2 with information code 773
(Hybrid Battery Precharge Contactor Circuit Stuck Closed). The DC/DC converter assembly has been improved to prevent this condition.

CAUTION:

Failure to follow HV safety precautions may result in serious accidents, such as electrical leakage and shock. Refer to TSB No. PG002-06, "Hybrid
Vehicle Precautions for Inverter Removal & Installation," for HV safety information.

This repair is covered under the Toyota Hybrid Vehicle System Component Warranty. This warranty is in effect for 96 months or 100,000 miles,
whichever occurs first, from the vehicle's in-service date.
