(a) Engage the 2 pins and install the steering pad switch assembly.
(b) Install the screw.

Torque: 2.4 Nm (24 kgf-cm, 21in-lbf)

(c) Engage the 2 pins and install the steering pad switch assembly.
(d) Install the screw.

Torque: 2.4 Nm (24 kgf-cm, 21in-lbf)

(e) Connect the connector to the spiral cable.

5. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
6. INSPECT SRS WARNING LIGHT See: Restraint Systems/Air Bag Systems/Testing and Inspection/Initial Inspection and Diagnostic

7. PERFORM INITIALIZATION See: Testing and Inspection/Programming and Relearning/Repair Instruction - Initialization
