The installation of the 6-Disc CD Changer Trunk Mounted accessory in 2004 model year Camry vehicles equipped with navigation, requires the use of
an AVC-LAN wire harness adapter (P/N 08695-00370.)

Installation Procedure

The Camry P9 installation instructions will be updated to reflect the following changes.

1.

Cut the foam tape.

A.

Cut the two strips of foam tape in sections of approximately 1-inch width to provide 21 strips (total).

2.

Route the changer wire harness through the passenger's front foot well.

A.

Route the changer wire harness up through the center cluster to the combination unit.

B.

Connect the changer wire harness to the large male connector on the AVC-LAN wire harness adapter.
