Brake Rotor/Disc: Specifications

FRONT 

DISC THICKNESS

Using a micrometer, measure the disc thickness.
Standard thickness ...........................................................................................................................................................................  28.0 mm (1.102 inch)
Minimum thickness ..........................................................................................................................................................................  26.0 mm (1.024 inch)

DISC RUNOUT

Temporarily fasten the front disc together with the hub nuts.
Torque .........................................................................................................................................................................  103 Nm (1,050 kgf-cm, 76 ft. lbs.)
Using a dial indicator, measure the disc runout 10 mm (0.39 inch) away from the outer edge of the front disc.
Maximum disc runout ....................................................................................................................................................................  0.05 mm (0.0020 inch)

REAR 

DISC THICKNESS

Using a micrometer, measure the disc thickness. 
Standard thickness ..........................................................................................................................................................................  12.0 mm (0.472 inch) 
Minimum thickness ..........................................................................................................................................................................  10.5 mm (0.413 inch)

DISC RUNOUT

Torque .........................................................................................................................................................................  103 Nm (1,050 kgf-cm, 76 ft. lbs.)
Using dial indicator, measure the disc runout 10 mm (0.39 inch) away from the outer edge of the disc.
Maximum disc runout ....................................................................................................................................................................  0.15 mm (0.0059 inch)
