Separate the defroster duct and add foam and felt.

Add 0.5-mm thick felt to the four edges of the "blades" (0.5 x 5 x 20 mm).

Add EPT foam (from the Wind Noise Kit) to the middle of the defroster duct in the "A" shaped area (5 x 5 x 30 mm).

E.

Reassemble the defroster duct.
