Applicability

Introduction

Some 2007 - 2011 Camry vehicles may exhibit uneven rear brake pad wear due to corrosion between the pad backing plate and mounting bracket. The
outer pad may wear more at the top of the pad versus the bottom. The vehicle may also exhibit a grinding noise during braking due to metal-to-metal
contact between the rotor and the pad backing plate. Follow the procedures in this bulletin to address this condition.

This TSB applies to vehicles produced BEFORE the Production Change Effective VINs shown.

Warranty Information

APPLICABLE WARRANTY

This repair is covered under the Toyota Comprehensive Warranty. This warranty is in effect for 36 months or 36,000 miles, whichever occurs first,
from the vehicle's in-service date.
