(a) Install the cowl top panel outer sub-assembly with the 4 bolts and 4 nuts.

Bolt - Torque: 5.0 Nm (51 kgf-cm, 44 in-lbf)
Nut - Torque: 85 Nm (867 kgf-cm, 63 ft-lbf)
