(b) Connect the mass air flow meter connector (*1). 
(c) Connect the No. 2 ventilation hose (*2).
(d) Connect the hose band (*3).

(e) Connect the 3 vacuum hoses.

6. INSTALL COOL AIR INTAKE DUCT SEAL (See: Engine, Cooling and Exhaust/Engine/Service and Repair/Removal and

Replacement/Installation)

7. ADD ENGINE COOLANT (See: Engine, Cooling and Exhaust/Cooling System/Coolant/Testing and Inspection)

8. CHECK FOR ENGINE COOLANT LEAKS (See: Engine, Cooling and Exhaust/Cooling System/Testing and Inspection)

9. CHECK FUNCTION OF THROTTLE BODY (See: Testing and Inspection/On-Vehicle Inspection)

10. INSTALL V-BANK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY (See: Engine, Cooling and Exhaust/Engine/Service and Repair/Removal and

Replacement/Installation)

Inspect for proper operation of throttle body See: Testing and Inspection/On-Vehicle Inspection
