Using SST give it an additional 3A turn to set the filter.

8.
Water bypass hose installation.
a.
Connect the AC valve water bypass hose to the water bypass pipe.
b.
Connect other bypass hoses to the water bypass pipe.
9.
Air cleaner cap installation.
a.
Connect the air cleaner hose to the throttle body.
b.
Attach the air cleaner cap to the air cleaner case and secure the (2) clamps.
c.
Tighten the air cleaner hose clamp.
d.
Connect the cable and hose for:

PCV hose from cylinder head cover.
^
EVAP hose from throttle body.
^
EVAP hose from charcoal canister.
e. Connect the IAT sensor connector.
f.
Connect the VSV connector for the EVAP.
10.
Engine coolant and oil check.
a.
Slowly fill the system with coolant.

Use a good brand of ethylene-glycol base coolant and mix it according to the manufacturers directions.
NOTE:
Do not use an alcohol type coolant
^
Using coolant with more than 50% ethylene-glycol, but not more than 70%, is recommended.
NOTE:
The coolant should be mixed with demineralized or distilled water.
