Spiral Cable Alignment.
a. Turn spiral cable clockwise until it is hard to turn, then turn back counter-clockwise three turns and align red marks.

Torque steering wheel nut to 26 ft. lb.

Torque torx steering wheel pad retaining screws to 7 ft. lb.
