Throttle Position Sensor: Adjustments
THROTTLE POSITION SENSOR INSPECTION

Apply vacuum to the throttle opener.
-
Insert a thickness gauge between the throttle stop screw and stop lever
-
Using an ohmmeter, measure the resistance between each terminal.
THROTTLE POSITION SENSOR ADJUSTMENT
-
Loosen the 2 set screws of the sensor.
