Approx. 12 Volts every approx. 1 to 10 seconds intermittently with the Wiper and Washer SW at INT position
16-Ground:
Approx. 12 Volts with the Ignition SW ON and unless the Front Wiper Motor at STOP position
8-Ground:
Approx. 12 Volts with the Ignition SW ON and the Wiper and Washer SW at HI position
