1. Check the resistance between terminals 4 and 5 of the connector.

Resistance: 4.0 - 5.4 ohm

2. Check that the mirror is heated up when connecting the battery positive (+) to terminal 4 and the battery negative (-) to terminal 5 of the

connector.

INSPECT OUTER REAR VIEW MIRROR ASSY LH(W/ OUTER MIRROR HEATER)

a. Inspect the mirror motor operation.

If the continuity is not as specified, replace the outer rear view mirror assy LH.

b. Check the mirror heater operation.

1. Check the resistance between terminals 4 and 5 of the connector.
